** Application Requirements: Application fee is $35.00 per adult - Applicant(s) would need to pass a credit and background check. Applicant must make 3x the monthly rent in gross income (combined if adding a co-applicant), no felonies, and you can't owe a utility company or past landlord.

Electricity is the only utility you'd be responsible for. A minimum security deposit amount of $450 but could be as much as $1000 (equal one months rent). Any adult 18 and older staying in the unit would need to apply and meet our requirements. When completing an application, we will need a copy of your drivers license, Social Security Card, and at least 30 days worth of paystubs.
