- Drivers License (I.D.)
- Social Security Card
- At least 2 months worth of paystubs

~ Applicant will need to pass a credit and background check.
- Approval is not necessarily dependent on the overall score but what comes back on the report.
- Owing utility companies or previous rental addresses are not something we like to see as well as any felonies. Those can get your application denied.
- If you are on a payment plan with another complex, please provide documentation to reflect.

~ We prefer a consistent job history of around 6 months. It does not have to be the same job, but we prefer no large gaps in employment.

~ Applicant must make 2.5x the monthly rent (combined if co-applicant)

~ The deposit can go up to the full rent amount depending on background, credit, and rental history.
