** Application Requirements: Application fee is $35.00 per adult - Applicant would need to pass credit and background check. Applicant must make 3x the monthly rent in gross income (combined if adding a co-applicant), no felonies, and you can't owe a utility company or past landlord.

** Any adult 18 and older staying in the unit would need to apply and meet our requirements. When completing an application, we will need a copy of your drivers license, Social Security Card, and at least 2 months worth of paystubs
